Entry forms - 2007

The closing date for registration is Wednesday, July 18. The entry fee is Can $125 for 2007.

Register online or download and print the forms below.

If downloaded, completed entry forms should be mailed or delivered to: Sandra Kennedy, 1905 Pilgrims Way, PH4, Oakville, Ontario L6M 2X2.

Alternatively, you are welcome to scan your completed form and e-mail it to our webmaster.

Any supporting documentation – equipment inspections, crew lists, PHRF certificates – and fees must be handed to the registrar prior to the Skippers’ Meeting.

  • Appendix A to the Notice of Race 2007
    A.K.A. the Mandatory Equipment List
    Note that all yachts will be inspected according to this list, so you must have everthing on it that is required. Some items are recommended, but not actually required, so please review it carefully.
  • Crew List
    A small form to indicate the names and contact information for your crew. Please either submit with your registration or bring to the Skippers' Meeting.

  • Marina Reservation Form for complimentary mooring for the Credit Village Street Party, Thursday, July 19. Please send it in as early as possible.
