Photo Contest 2007

The 2007 edition of the Solmar Lake Ontario 300 Photo Contest was better than ever!

The crew at work or play, sunsets, weather, competition, and especially good old fashion humour, all counted as great entries.

Sponsored by , the 2007 contest was open to all competitors and to the public at large. First, second and third place winners were announced at the awards banquet and prizes awarded in each category defined by the judges. Click here for 2007 Photo Contest Winners.

Contest judges are Murray Souter, President of Black Photo Corp., and members of his staff.

Contest Rules:

  • Photos should be sent to Sandra Kennedy, LO300 Webmaster, via e-mail to sandra.h.kennedy@gmail.com by September 15th, 2007, with the following information:
    • Name of photographer
    • Name of boat
    • Approximate time of photo and the names of anyone in the photos
  • Each contestant agrees that any photo entered in this contest will become the property of the LO300 organizing committee. You are asked to print and sign the following release on submission of contest entries:

    I, ______________________________ , hereby waive and relinquish in favour of Black Photo Corp. all rights, entitlement, copyright or any other ownership of any photograph submitted to LO 300 Inc. for use in the photo contest sponsored by Black Photo Corp.

    Dated at ____________________ this _________ day of __________________, 2007.
