With our sincere thanks...

The greatest challenge on Lake Ontario is an exciting opportunity for the business community.

The Solmar Lake Ontario 300 is the most challenging long distance race on the Great Lakes and the longest inland course race in the world! Over the last 15 years the LO300 has become one of the lakes' premier races. Jointly hosted by Port Credit Yacht Club and Oakville Yacht Squadron, the arduous 300-mile course circumnavigates Lake Ontario with a total of 7 marks located on both Canadian and US shorelines. The longest leg is 120 miles and the shortest leg is 4 miles. Every other year the direction of the race reverses to provide an added Challenge. The natural obstacles of racing on open water, continuously for an average of 76 hours in a variety of conditions still provides a challenge for even the most experienced of crews and modern technology.

The organizing committee for the LO300 has expanded our sponsorship opportunities and would like your company to become part of this challenging event. Sponsoring and/or contributing to the Solmar Lake Ontario 300 event provides an excellent vehicle to promote your company or sample your product to a very elite group of competitors and fans and followers. The high profile and clean image of Yacht racing is an excellent sport to associate your company with and we can tailor a package to meet your specific needs.
